Wednesday Words of Wisdom

Today's "words of wisdom" relate to the most practiced yet unappreciated art that we learn here in seminary - PROCRASTINATION.
I have two papers due tomorrow, I've had weeks to work on them yet I've barely started either one. Looks like it's going to be another all nighter!
(and yet here I am wasting precious time on my blog....hopeless I tell you, hopeless!)

"Begin while other are procrastinating. Work while others are wishing." ~William Arthur Ward

"Don’t wait. The time will never be just right". ~Napoleon Hill

"Procrastination is like masturbation. At first it feels good, but in the end you're only screwing yourself." ~Author Unknown

It's Friday afternoon. I have 14 patient notes I have put off for days and now they are overdue. However, I play solitaire and feel totally unmotivated. So I think, "Hey I'll check out Maureen's blog and see if she has some words of wisdom for me." Not only are you giving me quotes about procrastination, you even title it WORDS OF WISDOM!! Thanks for the kick in the butt. I guess I'll get to work.

LOL! You see Ginger, I had a sense you were procrastinating, so I sent you some psychic vibes that made you come to my blog. ;)
I've learned a few new tricks since I've been in seminary. ;)

Glad I could help!

BTW - I have solitaire on my iPhone and it keeps me from getting to bed as early as I should. BAD solitaire!
